Xtinge Technology Inc., established with various support programs, especially TÜBİTAK (the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), aims to shape information and communication technologies all over the World. It is a dynamic initiative whose executives are Ph.D. degree holders:
Emel Küpçü, Ph.D., completed her M.Sc. degree at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Brown University, and her Ph.D degree at the Computer Engineering Department of Koç University.
Alptekin Küpçü, Ph.D., Associate Professor, received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science at Brown University, and he is currently an associate professor at the Computer Engineering Department of Koç University.

Prof. Deniz Yuret, Ph.D., is a full-time professor at Koç University, Computer Engineering Department, İstanbul. Dr. Yuret received his B.S., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Computer Science, where he was a member of the MIT AI Lab from 1988 to 1999. He later founded the question-answering start-up Inquira Inc., which was later acquired by Oracle. He joined Koç University in 2002. He is currently the founding director of the KUIS AI Center. His research is focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. He is also the developer of the popular Julia deep learning toolbox: Knet.
Dr. Celal Ziftçi, Ph.D., finished Bilkent University as the first of his class in 2004, and then received his M.Sc. degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and his Ph.D. degree at the University of California, San Diego, in 2013. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley, and is still working at Google, USA. His expertise is on Software Engineering and Testing.
Emre İskender received his B.S. from Bilkent University in 2004 and M.Sc. from Koç University in 2009. He then worked at prestigious companies such as Digiturk, beIN, Sahibinden, n11, and is still working at Sky Deutschland GmbH in Germany. He architects solutions for complex Computer and Electronical Engineering problems.
